KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manufacture Electrical Equipment: Assemble, test, and package electrical
equipment used in utility-scale solar projects, ensuring all items meet company and
industry standards.
- Quality Control: Perform detailed quality checks at every stage of the production
standards. Report and troubleshoot defects or issues.
- Attention to Detail: Follow technical specifications and engineering diagrams with
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Ensure all work is completed according to company
times.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with production supervisors and other team
- Document Production: Maintain records of production processes, test results, and
- Maintain Equipment: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition. Report
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and initiatives to improve
when necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certifications in
electrical or manufacturing fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly, preferably in electrical

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time as required in a
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must comply with safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Able to:
- Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations).
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads).
- Stand or walk for extended periods
Premier PV provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Premier PV reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
BENEFITS AND PAY:
- $18-$20/hr
- Competitive hourly range, based on experience and qualifications.
