Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our very fast paced and busy primary care team. The NP will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for patients across the lifespan. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and labs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
- Provide preventive care, including screenings, immunizations, and health education
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (NP program)
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oklahoma
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Current DEA license

- Proficiency with EMR system Athena is a plus.
