Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment with frequent collaboration across sales, creative, sourcing, and production teams. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Requirements
Minimum Experience and Education Required:
- 5 years of sales experience in print, merch, apparel—or a combination
- Proven ability to win and grow accounts
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Consultative selling mindset
- Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM
- Highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven
