What You'll Do:

• Become the face of Premier Power Wash, interacting professionally and kindly with residential and commercial clients.
• Safely and effectively operate our state-of-the-art cleaning equipment (don't worry, we provide thorough paid training!).
• Perform exterior cleaning services, including power washing driveways, siding, decks, patios, and more, following our proven Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Drive our company truck (typically a Chevy Silverado or similar) to job sites in and around the Iowa City and surrounding area.
• Manage your daily route and ensure jobs are completed to our high-quality standards and on schedule.
• Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and ensure every client has an amazing experience.

• Comfortable with Heights (e.g., working from a small ladder occasionally) and driving a pickup truck.
• At least 18 years old.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid U.S. Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Able to reliably commute to our shop in Tiffin, IA.
• Available to work full-time -- or part-time at least 20 hours per week (typically two 10-hour days, or other configurations based on need and your availability).
• Physically able to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors.
• Able to read and follow detailed written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check (including driving record and sex offender registry check) is required following a conditional offer of employment.
