What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powder Coating - General Laborer position at Premier Powder Coating LLC?
We are expanding our capabilities at Premier Powder Coating and are looking for workers with a winning attitude to be a part of our team! We are looking for positive, dependable, motivated individuals who will advance the objectives and daily goals of the shop. We are in the process of building an amazing team so we can continue to serve our customers with the quality and professionalism that we have become known for.
Duties:
- Perform general labor duties in a warehouse setting
- Assist with the preparation, coating, and packaging of materials
- Demonstrate problem-solving to complete tasks
- Use air/power tools to complete tasks
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products as needed (Will train)
- Follow quality and safety standards
- Ability to work and move with intent at a fast pace
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Prior forklift experience is beneficial but training/certification will be provided
- Physical stamina to perform daily tasks
- Ability to be independently motivated and/or work as a team
- Reliable daily transportation
- Must be capable of lifting up to 25-50 lbs. (90%), 50-75 lbs (10%) and be on your feet for the duration of your shift
- High school/GED is preferred
