Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Lowell, MI. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of pool construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, supervising on-site operations, coordinating with expeditors and inspectors, overseeing logistics, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to resolve challenges efficiently.

Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and organizational skills to plan, oversee, and deliver pool construction projects successfully
- Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient workflow coordination
- Experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance with project plans and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams and build relationships with clients and vendors
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and resolve issues effectively
- Experience in the construction industry or related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline is advantageous
