What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
- Create and present a custom pool and backyard design using professional design software.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations using company-provided materials.
- Manage follow-up meetings and guide clients through every step of the sales process.
- Submit completed contract packets for approval.
- Attend Construction Milestones to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Build long-term referral relationships and deliver world-class service.
Requirements
- 1 year of successful experience in fast-paced, high-level sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Remote Workspace
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Basic computer proficiency (design/drafting experience a plus)
- Comfortable traveling within the San Antonio metro area for client appointments
