Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician, based in Chanhassen, MN. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing pool and spa equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing field service visits to customer locations. Day-to-day activities include delivering excellent customer service, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring proper functionality of pool and spa systems. You will also contribute to the setup and installation of pool equipment, liners, and components.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Field Service
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues
- Experience providing exceptional Customer Service and maintaining professionalism in client interactions
- Ability to work independently, manage assigned tasks, and communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in pool or spa equipment maintenance or similar fields is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications are advantageous
