What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Lifeguards position at Premier Pool Management, Inc.?
Premier Pool Management is looking to add more Lifeguards to our team this Spring and summer.
Ideal candidates will have a proven history of great customer service, effective communication, and be team player. If you enjoy working in a fun environment with opportunities to meet new people this is the perfect position for you. Lifeguards with Premier Pool Management (PPM) enjoy flexible hours and with a territory covering the entire DMV region, we can offer a wide selection of locations.
Applicants must be punctual, responsible, and able to take/follow directions. Prior experience is not necessary but a current Lifeguard certification is required. Candidates must be able to meet the following base requirements:
- Have current lifeguard and First Aid/AED certification
- Maintain the filtration system and pool chemistry
- Keep pool area clean and restrooms clean
- Ensure gate control along with site-specific requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patron safety at all times
