Responsibilities:Human Resources:Partner with our PEO to maintain compliance with all applicable regulationsMaintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Assisting Practice Directors with resume screening, processing new hires and terminations, handling new employee onboardingAssist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes. Support HR initiatives, such as performance reviews and training programs.Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.Utilize Excel and data from our sales systems to compile and send out annual employee benefit statements, including services and product purchases.Manage internal employee communications, such as monthly birthday and anniversary notices.Payroll:Administer all aspects of payroll, from data entry and calculations to incorporating manual adjustments for accurate employee payMaintain payroll records and documentation.Assist with monthly payroll cost variance analysisAccounting:Manage the AP email inbox and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor invoices and payment inquiries.Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, address changes and W9 information.Assist with audits and other financial reviews.Extract monthly reports from the electronic medical record (EMR) systemQualifications:5 years of progressive experience handling a combined role of Payroll, AP, and HR Administration, preferably within a healthcare or multi-entity organization (MSO environment).Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Experience and proficiency in ADP TotalSource payroll software, Bill.com AP/AR software and NexTech EMR systemStrong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
