Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Waterford, CT for a Business Support Specialist. The Business Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support to clients, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues, analyzing data and enhancing operational processes. This role will be responsible for event planning and assisting with running events, such as retirement and estate planning workshops.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and contribute to process improvements
- Ability to Support and Troubleshoot to address and resolve client issues effectively
- Customer Support and Communication skills to build relationships with clients and resolve inquiries courteously
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and work in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with administrative tools, CRM systems, and standard office software is a plus
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
