About the Role
Seeking Manufacturing Engineer to handle troubleshooting electro-mechanical assembly, working closely with Production in new product development. Seeking problem solver to improve materials, quality, efficiencies, safety and delivery issues. Blend of automated, semi-automated and labor-intensive operations. Leading edge technology used in process and automated production operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle troubleshooting electro-mechanical assembly.
- Work closely with Production in new product development.
- Improve materials, quality, efficiencies, safety and delivery issues.
- Utilize a blend of automated, semi-automated and labor-intensive operations.
- Implement leading edge technology in process and automated production operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, standard work, 5S, root cause analysis).
- Knowledge of sheet metal and/or circuit board assembly preferred.
- Familiarity with weld, paint, and assembly operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with data analysis, time studies, and process mapping.
- CAD knowledge is preferred.

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
