Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This position focuses on providing high-quality, individualized care in a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery, and home exercise programs
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active state license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
