Premier Pet Emergency Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency

Veterinarian to join our growing team in Monroe, Louisiana. If you thrive in a fast-paced

environment and are passionate about emergency and critical care, we’d love to hear

from you.

What You’ll Do

 Provide emergency and critical care for small animal patients (dogs and cats)

 Perform diagnostics, triage, and treatment planning

 Conduct emergency surgeries and procedures

 Communicate clearly with pet owners about treatment options and costs

 Work collaboratively with experienced technicians and support staff

 Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Qualifications

 Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree

 Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Louisiana

 Emergency experience not required

 Ability to oversee and manage cases independently

 Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule Options

 12-13 hour shifts

 Overnight, weekend, and holidays required

 Flexible rotations available, full time is generally 10-12 total shifts per month
