Come grow your career where patients feel like family

Premiere Periodontics is a well-established, patient-centered practice in the heart of Lexington, and we're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who loves clinical excellence as much as we do. If you want a supportive team, a modern operatory, and a schedule that respects your life outside of work, we'd love to meet you.

We've built our reputation on treating every patient — and every team member — with warmth, respect, and genuine care. When you join us, you're not filling a chair. You're becoming part of a close-knit team that has each other's backs.

What we offer

• Competitive hourly pay — we pay at the top of the Lexington market and reward experience.
• Monthly bonus opportunity — share in the success you help create, every single month.
• Work-life balance — no late nights, and a schedule built around a sustainable pace
• Modern practice — digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and updated operatories so you can do your best work.
• A team that supports you — dedicated assistants, on-time scheduling, and providers who respect your clinical judgment.
• Benefits package — continuing education support, and retirement plan options for eligible team members.
• Room to grow — mentorship, CE reimbursement, and a practice that invests in your professional development.

What you'll do

• Provide thorough prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing while keeping patients comfortable and informed.
• Perform periodontal charting, take radiographs, and assist in early detection of oral health concerns.
• Educate patients on home care and preventive habits in a way that actually sticks.
• Partner with our dentists to build treatment plans that put patients first.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold OSHA and infection-control standards.

What we're looking for

• Active Kentucky Dental Hygiene license (RDH) in good standing.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Local anesthesia certification a plus.
• A warm chairside manner and a genuine desire to help patients feel at ease.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.

New grads are encouraged to apply — we love to mentor.
