Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our growing team serving Livingston and surrounding communities. We provide in-home pediatric therapy services focused on helping children build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive in everyday life.

Key Responsibilities
-
Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)

Implement treatment plans designed to improve functional skills related to play, self-care, and daily activities

Monitor patient progress and document therapy sessions accurately

Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary therapy team

Support children in achieving developmental milestones and increased independence
Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Texas

Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a home health setting

Passion for working with children and supporting their development
