Commercial Building Maintenance Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Building Maintenance Engineer professional to join our commercial property management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Building maintenance tasks and problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Commercial Building systems and equipment
- Respond to and resolve tenant requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Qualifications/Experience
- Complex mechanical: 3 years (Preferred)
- Commercial Building maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role as a maintenance technician or related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and contractors
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Pneumatic controls experience
- Cooling tower cleaning, motors, filter and belt replacements
- Roof top unit experience
- Painting projects
- Knowledge of IMPAK is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
