Position Overview

At Premier Path, we believe great financial advice starts with great relationships — both with our clients and within our team.

As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Associate Wealth Advisor, holding a CFP or equivalent designation, who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, building meaningful long-term relationships, and helping families navigate important financial decisions with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Lead client relationships from planning through implementation.
• Develop and present comprehensive financial plans.
• Provide guidance on retirement, estate, tax, risk management, and philanthropic planning.
• Manage investment portfolios aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Collaborate closely with advisors and team members across the business.
• Support investment management, planning technology, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• CFP® or equivalent designation required.
• 5 years of client-facing wealth management experience
• Strong financial planning and relationship management skills.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

Work Schedule & Expectations

• Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexibility is required to support client needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or events.

Compensation

• Base salary: $125,000-$150,000 based on experience.
• Eligible for performance-based bonus tied to client satisfaction, retention, and contribution to firm growth
• This position is classified as exempt and is not eligible for overtime compensation. Compensation reflects the expectation of fulfilling responsibilities as required to meet business and client needs.
