Valet Parking Attendant

Job Summary:

A Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by parking and retrieving vehicles for guests in a safe and efficient manner. They greet customers, assist with luggage if needed, and ensure a smooth and professional parking experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Physical stamina to stand, run, and lift moderately heavy objects.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure.

• Assist guests with opening doors and handling luggage if needed.

• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.

• Ensure guest vehicles are handled with care and secured properly.

• Maintain a log of parked vehicles and provide claim tickets.

• Follow traffic and safety regulations while driving vehicles.

• Keep the valet area clean and organized.

• Assist with directing traffic and managing parking spaces.

• Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally.

• Work closely with hotel, restaurant, or event staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate with management to enhance guest services and improve overall valet operations.
