Happy Guys Power Wash is hiring an experienced Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. This role goes beyond day-to-day cleaning work — you'll also help train and hire new technicians as we grow. We're looking for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to step into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Perform roof washing using safe soft wash techniques
- Clean gutters, interior and exterior
- Wash house exteriors (siding, stucco, brick, etc.)
- Clean exterior windows to a streak-free finish
- Pressure wash hardscapes such as driveways, patios, and walkways
- Train and supervise new hires
- Assist and supervise new hires with hiring and onboarding
- Ensure consistent quality and safety on every job site
- Provide on-site quotes to interested parties (commission bonus incentives)
Requirements
- Previous experience in pressure washing or a related exterior cleaning trade (required)
- Knowledge of proper chemical application and safety procedures
- Comfortable operating pressure washing equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to train/lead others
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
Preferred
- Experience training or supervising a team
- Familiarity with soft wash systems and roof cleaning chemicals
Pay: $6,000.00 per month
