We are seeking a professional, motivated Power Equipment Sales Associate to join our growing team. Success in this role comes from understanding customer needs, providing thoughtful guidance, and following through—from the first conversation to long after the sale.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Sales & Relationships
- Help customers select outdoor power equipment, residential & commercial mowing equipment, snow plows, and salt spreaders that truly fit their needs
- Manage the full sales process, including consultation, quoting, financing, and delivery coordination
- Build long‑term customer relationships through consistent follow‑up and support
Business Development
- Make in-person visits to commercial and municipal customers
- Respond promptly and professionally to online leads and inbound inquiries
- Manage your own sales pipeline and follow‑up activity
Operational & Marketing Support
- Assist with financing options, warranties, and accessories
- Support marketing initiatives and represent the business at community events
- Maintain accurate CRM records and a professional showroom environment
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience and/or familiarity with power equipment, commercial equipment, or a related industry
- (Training provided for the right candidate with strong sales instincts.)
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers
- Self‑motivation and accountability, including during slower seasons
- Comfort with phone calls, email, texting, follow‑up, and dealership software
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
- A professional team player who takes pride in their work
