- Build relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and referral partners.
- Maintain a consistent presence within local hospitals.
- Generate referrals that support census growth.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless referral process.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development.
- Skilled Nursing or post-acute experience preferred.
- Existing hospital referral relationships are highly preferred.
- Comfortable making regular hospital visits and developing new referral partnerships if you don't already have an established network.
