Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing
- Analyze financial documents to determine loan eligibility
- Stay up to date on industry trends, loan products, and compliance regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely loan processing
- Active NMLS license and compliance with federal/state mortgage regulations
- Proven experience in mortgage lending, banking, or sales
- Strong understanding of loan products and guidelines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
