We’re ready to grow and you can help! This role can be either In-person, Hybrid or Remote post training program. (40-45) hours a week salary role with potential for additional $500 per quarter based on scorecard results (eligible for this bonus post 90 days).

We are a Woman-owned and Joint Commission Certified Healthcare full service workforce solution offering Nursing, Therapy, Pharmacy, and other allied clinicians a full range of Travel, per-diem, Local Contract, and direct-hire placements.
Your role will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining healthcare clinicians records to be compliant with Joint Commission standards.
You will work with onboarding clinicians by auditing profiles, scheduling occupational health appointments with in budget, run background checks, collect documents such as TB Test, immunization records, pre-employment physicals and more.
The goal would be to gain a 100% compliant onboarding profile per clinician in 10 days or less. Our clients would like to see us turn clinicians around in 5 to 7 days. This role requires attention to detail while working in a fast paced environment utilizing various technology tools, texting programs, email, and will spend a good portion of your day on the phone.
You will be in constant communication with the client, clinician, client manager, and recruiter keeping everyone updated through the entire onboarding process. Premier Medical Staffing Services is a very collaborative environment.
