Territory Manager – Diagnostic Sales (Liver Disease)

About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven Territory Manager to join an early-stage commercial team launching a non-invasive diagnostic test focused on metabolic liver disease — one of the fastest-growing and most underdiagnosed disease areas in healthcare.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a U.S. sales organization while introducing an innovative diagnostic into primary care and specialty practices.
What You’ll Do
• Drive adoption of a non-invasive diagnostic test within your assigned territory
• Build and manage relationships with (including but not limited to):
- Primary Care Physicians
- Endocrinologists
- Gastroenterologists
- Educate providers on liver disease awareness and diagnostic gaps
- Develop and execute territory business plans and meeting determined sales objectives
- Identify and grow high-value accounts and test utilization
- Partner with team to support customer success and adoption
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 1-2 years of medical sales experience (pharma, diagnostics, lab, or device preferred)
• Prior B2B sales experience a plus
• Strong track record of sales performance and territory ownership
• Entrepreneurial mindset who is self-motivated and has comfort in a startup-style environment
• Strong communication and physician-facing relationship skills
• Clinical savvy, has a high level of integrity and adheres to corporate policies and procedures.
