Job description:

Part Time Chiropractic Assistant position available immediately 25-30 hours.

Monday 8 am- 6 pm \ Wednesday 8 am- 6 pm \ Thursday 2 pm - 6 pm \ Friday 8 am - 12 pm

We are a high-end medical health and wellness clinic look to fill a vital role in our office . This upbeat environment requires an individual who can demonstrate amazing multitask abilities (workplace kung-fu) during a variety of day-to-day, face-to-face customer encounters. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that truly want to help people get healthy and work hard. This position will primarily require you to treat our patient using our Class 4 Cold Laser. During off times you will help out with rehabilitation room.

The right candidate for this position is fun, very outgoing, positive, a people-person, as well as loves games and rewards for reaching targets. This person must demonstrate good communication and social skills along with having a professional attitude and strong attention to details. You must be dedicated to your work and dependable and reliable. Reception experience is a must and medical experience is a plus.

Tactical Work Listing :

• Perform treatments using our K-laser. Exam required after training.
• Learn all duties of the Front Desk.
• Initiate orders from provider.
• Document Management, Scanning
• Ensure seamless, efficient patient flow by scheduling and rescheduling patients.
• Maintain office.
• Preforming scanning and labeling files

Standards :

Position Specific:

• Will always refer to Doctors by their proper title.
• Will learn the client fulfillment clinical manual proficiently and utilize the S.O.S, (study, observe, show) method to sign off on the duties of the CTA checklist.
• Will always work with “hands on” the patient whenever possible as opposed to standing and watching.
• Will alert the supervising doctor of any concerns which should result in deviation from the ordered care plan, (set backs or improvement).
• Will always follow the written order of exercise except if contra-indicated for that visit.
• Will not implement any changes to a patients care plan without the written order from the doctor.
• Will print J-Tech reports daily.
• Will accurately document to company standards, all treatment performed on daily SOAP notes.
• The right candidate will have the opportunity to earn more hours during season. We have events throughout or community set-up for new patient acquisitions and marketing. This will be a requirement for hire.

Pay is hourly: starting at $15.00 with a 90 day trial after 90 days $15.50 per hour. We are open M-F and most and starting 20-30 hours per week.
