Summary/Primary Role:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, repair, safety, and overall functionality of multiple medical office locations across the practice group. This is a hands-on role that actively performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility repairs in addition to overseeing vendors, preventive maintenance programs, and operational support. The position ensures all clinical and administrative sites remain safe, compliant, efficient, fully operational, and patient-ready while minimizing reliance on outside contractors whenever possible.
The Facilities Manager serves as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and works closely with clinical leadership, operations, IT, and outside vendors to support uninterrupted patient care.

Multi-Site Facility Operations
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Expected Hours of Work:
An Employee must work a minimum of thirty (30) hours each week to maintain full-time status for benefits purposes, however the expectations of the position will require an average of forty (40) hours with overtime required as needed. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws, while exempt employees may be required to work additional hours as necessary to fulfill their job responsibilities. Overtime requirements will be determined based on the operational needs of the organization.
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining an employee’s base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity). Premier Medical Group also offers a comprehensive set of benefits to compliment the base salary. The base annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000.
Travel Requirements:
This position is primarily onsite and requires regular presence at company facilities to oversee building operations, maintenance activities, vendor management, safety compliance, and facility-related projects. The Facilities Manager will routinely walk throughout facilities, inspect equipment and work areas, respond to operational issues, and coordinate with employees, contractors, and service providers. The role may require occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, working in mechanical or utility areas, and responding to facility emergencies outside of normal business hours as needed. Travel between company locations may be required.

Multi-Site Facility Operations
- Coordinate daily maintenance and repair needs for multiple outpatient medical offices and administrative spaces
- Ensure offices are clean, organized, and function properly
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and operational needs
- Ensure offices maintain a professional, clean, safe, and patient-friendly environment
- Respond promptly to urgent facility issues impacting patient care or office operations
- Coordinate office setup, renovations, furniture moves, and space planning projects
- Perform routine hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs independently, with the expectation of resolving the majority of day-to-day facility-related issues without vendor support
- Conduct and oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, landscaping, and specialty contractors as applicable
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and office infrastructure
- Track, prioritize, and resolve facility work orders in a timely and proactive manner
- Manage relationships with outside vendors and service providers; such as cleaning companies, HVAC vendors, electricians, plumbers, and other service providers as needed.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and repair services
- Track vendor performance and maintain service agreements
- Obtain quotes, negotiate services, and monitor vendor performance
- Coordinate small construction, repair, and office improvement projects
- Assist leadership with facility budgeting and capital planning recommendations
- Assist with OSHA, fire safety, and general healthcare facility compliance standards
- Maintain emergency preparedness supplies and facility response procedures
- Ensure facility issues are resolved promptly to minimize operational disruptions
- Support readiness for inspections, accreditation reviews, and regulatory visits
- Ensure compliance with ADA, life safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinate maintenance and replacement of non-clinical office equipment and furnishings
- Support procurement of office and facility supplies
- Support office openings, expansions, and relocations
- Partner with IT and operations teams on infrastructure and office readiness needs
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, compliance documentation, and vendor contracts
- Prepare reports on facility issues, repairs, and ongoing projects
- Track facility expenses and assist with budget management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of facilities, property, or operations management experience
- Experience supporting healthcare or medical office environments strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of building systems and preventive maintenance practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across several office locations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
