We require an instructor to assist with teaching, preparation, administration, and marketing for our Martial Arts classes.
Must have experience in Martial Arts.
Position Overview:
An instructor at Premier Martial Arts location is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.
Providing A Quality of Class Instruction:
Instruction of High Energy, Benefit Driven, and “edutaining” classes
Customer Relations with the students and parents

Student ranking, tracking, and reporting

Training and Education of Instructor Management:
Certified Instructor Training
Performance Evaluation for all Instructors
Instructor Schedules / Hours
Leadership Program
Marketing:
Distributing marketing materials into the community
Lead generation programs

Outline(Hours) of a Day Full-Time Instructor
Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-9:30pm
PNO- Second Friday of the Month 6:30pm-11:00pm
WBBB- Last Friday 6:30pm-8:00pm
Saturdays- 9am-12:00pm

REQUIREMENTS
- Martial Arts Black Belt
- Martial Arts teaching experience in a group setting
- Experience teaching ages from 3 years old and up
