Pulmonics Plus is a growing specialty practice dedicated to delivering exceptional respiratory and sleep medicine care to patients in the Dallas–Fort Worth region. We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Waxahachie, TX.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely in coordination with our provider schedule — giving you the autonomy of telehealth alongside the connection of in-clinic care.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
──────────────────────────────────────
- Diagnose and treat patients presenting with respiratory disorders including asthma, COPD, and other pulmonary conditions
- Evaluate and manage patients with sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other providers to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care
- Perform and support pulmonary function testing and related diagnostic procedures
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Participate in both in-clinic visits and telehealth appointments per the provider schedule

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
──────────────────────────────────────
Required:
✔ Current, valid NP or PA license in the State of Texas
✔ Experience or strong clinical interest in pulmonology, sleep medicine, asthma, and/or COPD
✔ Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills — with patients, families, and care teams
✔ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
✔ Comfortable with clinic-based and remote/telehealth care models
Preferred:
✔ Prior experience in a pulmonology, sleep, or respiratory specialty clinic
✔ Familiarity with pulmonary function testing and sleep study interpretation
✔ Experience with EMR/EHR systems in a clinical setting
