Overview
Our busy Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Practice is looking is looking for a dynamic self starter to join our team. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Rooming and discharging patients
- Accurate patient history and vital signs
- Use of electronic medical records system
- Answer phones and voicemails
- Fax / email radiology, lab and oxygen orders
- Scanning documents
- Cleaning /decontamination
- Perform spirometry, pulmonary function testing, and 6 minute walk tests
- Restocking rooms
- Minimal local travel may be required
- Assisting Front Office and sleep team
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations
- All aspects of patient care
The ideal candidate should have:

- Dependability to arrive on time and worked scheduled shifts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The desire and ability to connect with and serve our patients
- Professionalism
- Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
- Medical office experience preferred but not required
- Active Texas Drivers License
