Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents as prescribed by medical staff, under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Assists with vital sign checks, such as taking temperatures, blood pressures, and pulse rates
Monitors and reports any changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
Assists with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Provides emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintains accurate and timely records of medication administration and resident care
