Premier Lighting and Controls is a factory representative for 100 lighting and controls factories. We are a full service firm marketing products to specifiers, distributors, contractors, and end users. We service western Missouri and all of Kansas with headquarters in Kansas City and local offices in Springfield and Wichita.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lighting Quotations Specialist based in Springfield, MO. The responsibilities include preparing comprehensive quotations for lighting projects. The role requires maintaining relationships with vendors and clients to ensure seamless communication and providing detailed support throughout the quoting process. Training will be provided to the right individual.
Qualifications
- Proficiency or ability to learn lighting products.
- Proficiency or ability to read manufacturer's specification sheets
- Experience or willingness to learn quotations process, which includes communicating with various factories regarding product options
- Ability (or capacity to learn) to read and understand project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the lighting or construction industry is advantageous
