Duties
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, and other grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently to keep landscapes well-manicured and healthy
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to promote plant health and aesthetic appeal
- Maintenance of mowers and equipment, such as cleaning, greasing, blade sharpening and oil changes.
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Assist with seasonal clean-up projects such as leaf removal, debris clearing, and preparing landscapes for different weather conditions
Experience
- Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, pruning, and planting.
- Familiarity with hand tools (shears, shovels), power tools (trimmers, blowers), and grounds equipment operation is essential
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment repair or troubleshooting is a plus
- Understanding of plant identification and horticulture principles to support healthy landscape growth
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and must be insurable on company policy.
- Must be able to ride Stand-On Mower and use Walk Behind equipment.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
