Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic ESL Teacher to teach English to Kindergarten and Junior High School students at schools in Indonesia. You will create fun and engaging lessons that help students build confidence in speaking, reading, and writing. This is an on-site, paid position.
Duties
- Teach English to Kindergarten and Junior High School students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom.
- Manage the classroom effectively for young children and teens.
- Assess student progress and adjust lessons as needed.
- Prepare engaging materials, including phonics and reading resources.
- Work with the school team on planning and activities.
- Maintain clear records of attendance and student progress.
Requirements
- Experience teaching young learners (Kindergarten and Junior High School).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Good communication and feedback skills.
- Basic digital literacy for teaching and planning.
- Experience in phonics, reading, and writing instruction.
- Good writing and proofreading skills.
