Position Overview

The Premier Lacrosse League is seeking a Ticket Operations Manager to manage real-time event execution while also supporting pricing strategy and analytics for the league’s touring season. This dual-function role is designed to ensure operational excellence across all events while providing critical data insights to inform ticketing strategy.

This position will work closely with the Director of Ticket Strategy and cross-functional partners in Marketing, Partnerships, and Fan Experience to execute events flawlessly, manage inventory in real time, and apply data-driven pricing decisions.

Role is based in Los Angeles, CA HQ and reports to the Director of Ticket Strategy. Remote candidates will be considered for the right fit. Competitive base salary, bonus eligible, and health benefits included.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of ticket operations or related experience; box office management experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Ticketmaster (Host, Archtics, Account Manager) and/or Paciolan; strong comfort with reporting and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both execution and strategic analysis in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams, venues, and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel to all PLL weekends and work non-traditional hours as needed.

Compensation

  • $60,000 - $75,000 per year
  • Based on the candidate’s experience, seniority, and location
  • The total compensation package includes Annual Bonus, Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) plan, Equity Sharing, Mental Health Stipend, Unlimited PTO, and Paid Parental Leave
