Responsibilities - Service BDC Appointment Setter, On-Site:
Work in our fast-paced call center to answer inbound calls and internet requests, schedule auto repair/service appointments, assist with vehicle loaners, reschedule missed appointments, follow up with customers after service has been completed to ensure their satisfaction, and more.- Identify customer's needs, answer their questions in a pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, recalls, surveys, and more.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications - Service BDC Appointment Setter, On-Site:
Good communication, customer service and computer skills- An energetic self-starter that's goal oriented and motivated to succeed
- Auto BDC and/or call center experience is preferred
- Professional, ethical, and respectful
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
