Premier Inpatient Partners is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our growing team in Southwest Florida.
This position will work closely with operations leadership and multiple departments to evaluate current workflows, systems, and technologies while helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency through the implementation and optimization of technology solutions. The primary focus of this role is leveraging technology, systems, automation, and process improvement strategies to create more efficient day-to-day operations across the organization.

A key component of this role is identifying, implementing, and optimizing new technologies that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support operational growth across the organization.
· Review current workflows and identify opportunities for operational improvement through technology implementation
· Assist with implementation of process improvement initiatives through technological solutions across clinical and administrative operations
· Support workflow redesign and process standardization
· Participate in strategic projects across multiple departments
· Track operational metrics, project progress, and measurable outcomes
· Create workflow mapping, root cause analysis, and process evaluations
· Collaborate with providers, leadership, finance, HR, and administrative teams on process improvement initiatives
· Assist with maintaining organized project documentation, reporting, and follow-up items
· Support additional projects and initiatives as needed
· Healthcare operations experience required; physician group strongly preferred
· Demonstrated experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing new technologies, systems, or workflow solutions with measurable operational impact required
· Experience supporting or participating in process improvement initiatives with measurable results required
· Strong comfort level with technology, system optimization, automation, and process driven operational improvements
· LEAN, Six Sigma, or process improvement training/certification preferred
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and follow through
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools
· Experience with EMR systems, operational software platforms, and technology implementation preferred
Annual salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and demonstrated results.
This position will support multiple healthcare entities and departments within a growing physician owned organization in Southwest Florida and is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue growing their career in healthcare operations and process improvement.
This is a full-time, in person position working Monday through Friday.
