Join Our Chiropractic Team as a Medical Assistant!

Our Chiropractic Clinic in Forest Hill is seeking a dedicated and reliable Medical Assistant to join our team! No chiropractic office experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training for all aspects of the role.

Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM/close
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (rotating schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling and patient check-ins
- Assist the doctor with clinical tasks to ensure smooth patient care
- Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and the use of therapy equipment
- Communicate with attorneys offices and insurance providers regarding patient care and treatment plans
- Escort patients to treatment rooms and provide a welcoming experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Medical experience preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills (including email & Excel)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred
