Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee construction projects and lead a team of skilled workers. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, employees stay on task, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Premier Home Renovations specializes in complete house remodels, bathroom and kitchen remodels, flooring installation, deck construction, add-ons, and projects of that nature.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew on work sites.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project work.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance their skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on supervising teams.
- Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Previous experience in a construction site environment is essential.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and perform quality work.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and company owner.
- Experience with tools and the ability to teach crew how to use them.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
