Core Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
· Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
· Manage workflow to ensure on-time fulfillment and service level performance.
· Allocate labor effectively to meet daily volume demands.
· Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions in real time.
· Ensure dock-to-stock and order cycle times meet performance targets.
Team Management
· Directly supervise warehouse associates.
· Conduct daily start-up meetings and communicate operational priorities.
· Coach and develop team members to improve productivity and accuracy.
· Provide performance feedback and participate in disciplinary actions when required.
· Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Inventory & Accuracy Ownership
· Drive cycle count execution and inventory accuracy targets.
· Investigate discrepancies, damages, and shrink.
· Ensure proper material handling and storage practices.
· Monitor inventory movements within the WMS for compliance and accuracy.
KPI & Performance Management
· Track and report key performance indicators including:
o Order accuracy
o On-time shipment performance
o Productivity rates
o Inventory accuracy
o Safety metrics
· Recommend process improvements based on operational data.

· Oversee scheduling and attendance management.
· Ensure timekeeping accuracy.
· Utilize WMS/ERP systems to monitor warehouse performance.

· Enforce all warehouse safety standards and PPE compliance.

Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
· 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience required.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
· Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
