Key Responsibilities
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of field marketers, drive outreach efforts, and play a key role in growing Premier Home Pros’ brand and customer base.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of field marketers to achieve appointment-setting goals
- Oversee canvassing efforts and ensure brand messaging is consistent and professional
- Partner with sales leaders to maximize consultation and conversion opportunities
- Track and analyze team performance, providing actionable insights and feedback
- Recruit, train, and onboard new field marketers
- Develop outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and homeowner engagement
- Assist in coordinating and attending local marketing events such as home shows and community fairs
- Ensure team members represent Premier Home Pros with professionalism, positivity, and integrity
- Report to senior leadership on team progress, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
