What You’ll Do
- Run pre-set, company-provided appointments
- Conduct one-call-close sales presentations in customers’ homes
- Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
- Follow our proven sales system
- Represent Premier Home Pros with professionalism and confidence
- Minimum 2 years of one-call-close in-home sales experience
- Demonstrated high closing percentages
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings and two Saturdays per month
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Highly competitive and results-driven
- Motivated by performance-based income
- Confident closer with strong objection-handling ability
- Adaptable and coachable within a structured system
- Ambitious, professional, and personable
