As part of our growth strategy, we are actively seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join us a Field Manager. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strong attention to detail. The Field Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects by overseeing all aspects of the process. Key Responsibilities and Tasks (Essential Functions):
- Perform service and warranty work in the field.
- Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness.
- Inspect Installation.
- Overall responsibility for quality and cost-effective installations.
- Develop high level efficiencies and effectively close out business.
- Monitor installers quality of work in field.
- Build relationships in the field.
- Participate in management staff meetings to communicate and receive information.
- Manage delivery schedule in coordination with the general contractors.
- Drive to customer sites to manage the installation from installation to completion.
- Other duties as assigned
Must Have
- Extensive bathroom experience
- Extensive plumbing experience
- Results-oriented. Problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage process.

- Ability to read project plans and drawings.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma with a certificate from a technical or trade school related to the building materials industry, education beyond high school a plus.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field experience i.e., bathrooms, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.
- Driving is a requirement for this position.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Vehicle insurance as required by state law is required.
- Satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle report.
