Position: Canvassing Manager
We’re hiring a Canvassing Manager to lead and grow a motivated canvassing team. Step in, take ownership, and start earning $100K–$150K while making an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of canvassers
- Hire, train, and motivate canvassers for peak performance
- Plan daily mapping of neighborhoods to be canvassed
- Conduct team meetings and review performance
- Canvass older neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule inspections
Requirements
- Previous door-to-door canvassing leadership experience
- Excellent team management and coaching skills
- High energy, results-oriented, and motivated by team success
- Strong planning and communication abilities
Compensation
