Registered Nurse-Field Supervisor
We are seeking a Registered Nurse-Field Supervisor to provide professional nursing services in compliance with governmental regulations and Premier policies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing services in accordance with individual State Nursing Practice Acts and Premier philosophies.
- Travel may be required for business purposes.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop Plans of Care to assist patients in reaching desirable health status.
- Institute contact with physicians as necessary, and confer with patient's physician in developing, implementing and revising the Plan of Care.
- Develop and implement Aide Plans of Care reflecting initial patient assessment and Plan of Care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation to client care.
Requirements:
- RN diploma from an NLN approved Nursing program with a minimum of an Associate's Degree (BSN preferred).
- Minimum of one year of experience in medical surgical nursing preferably hospital based.
- One additional year of home-health based experience is required for conducting applicable training classes.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Fundamental knowledge of the basic principles of nursing and the ability to apply these principles in a home care setting.
- Ability to accurately assess patient health care status and psycho social needs.
