Key Responsibilities
- Monitor residents’ overall health status and respond to changes in condition
- Administer insulin as ordered
- Serve as shift supervisor for aides and med techs, offering guidance and support
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and on-call management as needed
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Document care accurately and timely
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and resident-focused
