- Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident pain levels, identify areas of discomfort, and develop strategies to alleviate pain
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans, ensuring seamless and effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatments, and medication administration
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided to residents
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Prior experience in long-term care or related healthcare setting
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
