Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and machinery
• Identify and report potential issues and hazards to management
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Assist with snow removal, lawn care, and other grounds maintenance tasks as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance or related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
