Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide vital signs and monitor resident conditions
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises
- Support with medication management and administration (under the supervision of licensed nurses)
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with residents and families
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with proper body mechanics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
