RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
- Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to improve patient health and well-being
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, test results, and treatment plans

- Prior experience as a registered nurse/ supervisor preferred
- Current New York State RN license
